In-situ chemical oxidative method was adopted to synthesize cobalt ferrite doped polyan6iline (PANI/CoFe2O4) with different weight percentage of CoFe2O4. These synthesized samples were characterized by using different techniques to understand their thermal, structural, morphological, electrical and dielectric properties by Thermo Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) and Differential Scanning Calorimetric (DSC), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), AC and DC and dielectric properties respectively. Synthesized sample are having low conductivity and it indicates towards good dielectric property of the samples. Due to this behavior, these samples may find applications in the area of electronics
