To find novel substances with anti-inflammatory properties, a series of new 2- ((4- (benzo[d]oxazol-2-yl) phenyl) amino)-N'- (2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene) acetohydrazides(8a-o) were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by spectroscopic methods. In vivo antiinflammatory activity of the synthesized compounds was determined using the carrageenan induced rat paw edema method
