Abstract

Background: The global burden of postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) in women with placenta previa is a major public health concern. Although there are different reports on the incidence of PPH in different countries, to date, no research has reviewed them. Aim: The aim of this work was to estimate the magnitude of the postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with previous uterine surgeriesto reduce maternal mortality and morbidity of patients. Methods: This a cross sectional study included 150 Females in child bearing period who underwent normal vaginal delivery or cesarean section complicated by PPH.
