Employee well-being is a crucial aspect of organizational success, particularly in healthcare settings where the well-being of staff directly affects patient outcomes. Leadership styles play a significant role in shaping the work environment and influencing employee well-being. This review article explores the impact of different leadership styles on employee well-being in healthcare organizations. By examining existing literature and empirical studies, this review aims to provide insights into how leadership behaviors can either enhance or detract from employee well-being.
