In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the importance of collaborative practice between nurses and doctors in healthcare settings. This review article aims to synthesize the existing literature on nurse-doctor collaboration and its impact on healthcare administration. Effective collaboration between nurses and doctors is crucial for delivering high-quality patient care and improving healthcare outcomes.
