This review article examines the impact of nurse-patient ratios on patient outcomes in emergency department. The nurse-patient ratio is a critical factor that can influence the quality of care provided to patients in these settings. By analyzing existing literature and studies, this review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of how nurse staffing levels affect patient outcomes in emergency department. Various aspects such as patient satisfaction, quality of care, patient safety, and overall healthcare outcomes was explored in relation to nurse-patient ratios. Through this review, insights into the significance of nurse-patient ratios in emergency department was provided.
