Abstract

This research is a quantitative design study with four variable designs, namely (X1) principal leadership, (X2) teacher performance, quality of education services during the Covid 19 pandemic (X3) on (Y) parental satisfaction. This research lasted for 6 months. The flow of research activities are: (1) initial observation (2) developing instruments, (3) carrying out validation, (4) carrying out instrument tests, (5) analyzing research results and (6) research reports The results of the research that have been achieved are the influence of the leadership of the head schools, teacher performance, quality of education services during the covid 19 pandemic on the satisfaction of parents of students in elementary schools in the Tilano District, Gorontalo Regency
