Abstract
Based on the liquid extract "Diabderm", the composition of the technology of the therapeutic and prophylactic cream "Diabderm" was developed, intended for the prevention and treatment of diabetic dermatopathies. In order to optimize the composition and technology of the “Diabderm” cream, the method of mathematical planning of the experiment was used - threefactor fractional plans of Latin squares 4x4, which allow statistical methods to select the most appropriate composition and technology, and also reduce the number of experiments
