Abstract

Purpose–Therapiddevelopmentofsocialeconomy,technologyandinformationhaschanged aspectsofbusinessbehaviorandtheeconomy ofacountry,especially in theeraofglobalization, freetradehasledtothefreedomandfreedomoftrafficofgoods,servicesandinformationbetween countries.Thestateofincreasinglyadvancedtechnologytodaymustbebalancedwiththelevelof knowledge.ThisstudyaimstoexaminetheeffectoftheknowledgelevelofMSMEactorsonthe useof digitalization in themarketingsector byusingsocialization and interaction indicators. Design/methodology/approach–TheobjectofresearchisSMEsinthecityofSidoarjo.Thedata collectionmethodusedaquestionnaireby spreading100questionnaires.Thedatawasprocessed usingthe PartialLeast Square(PLS).
