Abstract

Since the beginning of time, human resources have been trying to improve its techniques of managing human resources, and it is also continuously working to improve with the most current trends in human resource management (HRM). The field of human resource analytics is receiving a lot of attention in this day and age, when analytics and data analytics are becoming more widespread. In recent years, a number of global businesses have made significant strides in the development and use of human resource analytics. The construction of dashboards, the evaluation of employee performance, and the calculation of a company's profit are all processes that may be accomplished with the help of the many human resource software and tools that are now available. Virtual workplaces were also used in this evaluation. In recent times, the department of human resources has also started to collaborate with predictive modelling. The function that predictive modelling plays is also explained by this study, which gives an explanation overall. For the goal of providing HR experts and practitioners with an explanation of HR analytics, including present trends and practical applications of HR analytics, the objective of this study is to make this explanation available.
