Abstract

Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) is a temperature-responsive polymer that has garnered significant interest in various biomedical and industrial applications. This review focuses on the synergistic effects of incorporating zinc oxide (ZnO) and silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), with PNIPAM.Rare earth metal ions (such as Gd, Ce, La, Nd, Dy, and Eu) along withzinc oxide (ZnO) and silver nanoparticles (AgNPs),to enhance the biological and chemical properties of the resulting composites.
