Abstract

This review research paper aims to explore the intricate relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and decision making. It seeks to shed light on the underlying mechanisms and complexities involved in the influence of EI on decision-making processes. The paper adopts a multidisciplinary approach, drawing from theories and concepts in psychology, neuroscience, and organizational behavior to develop a comprehensive theoretical framework for understanding the interplay between EI and decision making. A systematic review of existing literature was conducted, encompassing empirical studies, theoretical models, and conceptual frameworks related to emotional intelligence and decision making. The research synthesizes findings from various disciplines to provide a holistic view of the topic.
