Abstract

Biomolecules, particularly nucleic acid bases, nucleosides, and nucleotides, are the foundation of life's molecular processes. A profound understanding of their structural dynamics is pivotal for elucidating biochemical mechanisms, drug design, and biomaterial development. While previous research has individually examined these biomolecules, there exists an urgent need for a holistic, multimodal approach that integrates density, ultrasonic velocity, and refractive index analyses to comprehensively unravel their structural intricacies
