Abstract

Impulsive behaviour in an individual always makes that individual act without considering the outcome of their behavior, and just because of this, they must face the consequences of their behavior, which will not be pleasant to them and may involve physical, emotional, or social harm. Many times, we see athletes being impulsive in reacting to certain situations, while making decisions, or even in learning skills or techniques. The study's goal was to see if combat sports athletes' impulsiveness was linked to their motor educability. Approximately 200 students from Punjab's various universities who participated in combat sports were the subjects of the study. The participants in this study were drawn from the ranks of intercollegiate athletics. Specifically, the impulsivity of players with motor educability was chosen as the dependent variable for this study.
