Nursing leadership is a critical factor in healthcare organisation in hospitals and the development of healthcare institutions in healthcare settings. This review will concentrate on several approaches a nursing leader uses to successfully take control of a nursing team and cause the organization to grow. We conduct a comprehensive literature review. Theories, methodologies, and findings are intended to be examined to pinpoint the gaps in knowledge and underline the researchable areas.
