For the positive integer n>1 , ????(????????,???????? ) is Involutory Cayley graph with vertex set ???????? = {1,2,3, … . . , ???? − 1} and the edge set ???? = {????????: ????, ???? ∈ ???????? ,???? − ???? ∈ ???????? ???????? ???? − ???? ∈ ????????} where ???????? = {???? ∈ ???????? ∶ ????2 ≡ 1(???????????? ????)}. In this paper, results on connected domination and independent domination of Involutory Cayley graph ????(????????,???????? ) at different ???? values are studied and the results are illustrated.
