Online social networks (OSN) are a growing part of people's everyday lives, but the fact that they are all centralized raises a number of management, security, and privacy concerns. Blockchain-based decentralized architecture provides a way to address the aforementioned issues. In this article, a decentralized OSN service that uses blockchain technology is constructed. The Interplanetary Filesystem (IPFS) may be used to decentralize large volumes of data that are often required with minimal security requirements.
