Abstract
Video key frames are the non-reduntant contents of video clips that reflect the characteristics of the whole video. Key frame representations are useful in video summarization, video content analysis, video indexing, etc. Among the existing key frame extraction techniques, the performance of the cluster based key frame extraction techniques is found to be better due to its computational simplicity
